Drivers keep the whole fare.
Gamana charges drivers a flat seat fee for access to the platform — not a slice of every trip. A driver who works harder keeps what they earn, and passengers pay a fare that never had a commission built into it.

Pick a point on the map or search for it. The fare appears before you book — no estimate, no range.
A driver accepts
The nearest driver with the right vehicle gets the offer first. You watch them come to you.
Ride, and pay
Cash or wallet. The receipt itemises every rupee, including anything surge added.
Why a seat fee, not commission
Commission scales with how hard someone works. A driver taking a fourteenth trip on a Friday night hands over the same share as on their first — so the harder the day, the more it costs them.
A flat seat fee does not. It is the same whether you drive two trips or twenty, which means the upside of a good week belongs to the person who drove it.
On a Rs. 1,000 fare
after ~25% commission
the seat fee is paid separately, and is the same every week
